Coordinate schedules, materials, and communications
Track project progress and assist with reporting

Project coordination or administrative experience

Education & Workforce Development Consultant
Role Overview
Education & Workforce Development Consultants contribute subject-matter expertise to programs focused on learning pathways, leadership development, and skill-building initiatives.
Responsibilities
Provide guidance on curriculum, training, or program design

Collaborate on initiatives tied to youth, adult learning, or career readiness

Responsibilities

Support data organization, workflows, or technical documentation

Community Engagement & Partnerships Specialist
Role Overview
Community Engagement & Partnerships Specialists help build and maintain relationships with collaborators, sponsors, and community organizations aligned with Harmony’s mission.
Responsibilities
Support outreach to partners and collaborators
Assist with communications, presentations, or proposals
Help strengthen relationships across programs and initiatives
Represent Harmony’s mission in a professional, values-driven manner
